Diadora’s name has been synonymous with quality since their inception in 1948, so we knew that a collaboration with them meant that we could tell a story with the most premium materials available. While our color palette was distinctly Philly, we couldn’t help but be inspired by the overwhelming pride Diadora takes in their Italian heritage. We took a trip to visit them in their Caerano di San Marco factory, trekking throughout the Italian northeast provinces of Treviso and Venice in order to capture the legacy and inner-workings of the brand.
From the cliffs of Monte Grappa to the vibrant colors of Burano island to the Diadora factory in Caerano di San Marco where we watched master craftsmen meticulously sew high quality suede leather and soft cow grain to create our N.9000, we experienced the culture & photographed the people that serve as the foundation for everything Diadora.
An embossed UBIQ logo adorns the tongue and gold embroidered UBIQ x Diadora heel branding. The cushioned EVA sole unit features custom UBIQ branding.
