VANQUISH Leather Jacket

Following on from the sell-out success of their Shibuya Souvenir jacket, the mainline adds an identical embroidery onto another Americana athletic staple: the coach jacket. Creating a luxurious outerwear piece, Ryo Ishikawa has added a symbolic representation of the Shibuya District, including everything from the infamous scramble crossing to the contemporary Vanquish store mapped to the back – and of course, the Akita dog statue placed across the chest.

Evolved past its cultural origins, ‘Black by VANQUISH’ produce an authentic revision of the souvenir jacket with black panther embroidery – a spirit animal that symbolizes courage and power. Originally created for American GIs to bring home after the post-war occupation of Japan, this jacket is an essential for the coming season.
